Delivery
Do you deliver the same day?+
Yes, across Delhi NCR. If you need it by a certain time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know today's slot.
Is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on all orders over ₹2,000. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?+
Enter your PIN code at checkout to see the delivery options for your address. If you're unsure, just message us and we'll help. You can also read our full shipping policy.
How do I track or change my order?+
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 85274 44588 or email Contact@bheeni.com with your order number, and we'll take it from there.
Payment & offers
Is there a discount for paying online?+
Yes. Pay online via UPI or card and you get an extra 10% off candles and sprays.
Are the camphor blends included in offers?+
No. Our Bhimseni camphor blends are always sold at one steady price, so they aren't part of the prepaid saving or any other discount.
Refills
How do jar refills work?+
Finished a camphor blend or a candle? Send the empty jar back to us and we'll refill it and return it to you, so the jar stays in your home and out of the bin.

Is everything really made by hand?+
Yes. Every blend is mixed and every candle poured by hand, and everything is energised with love, care and intention to detail.
What is Bhimseni camphor?+
Bhimseni camphor is the pure camphor Indian homes have trusted for generations for its clean, purifying scent. It is the heart of every Bheeni camphor blend.
Where can I use the ambient sprays?+
Anywhere that could use a little more beautiful: your rooms, wardrobe, linen and the car. A couple of sprays is usually all it takes.
How do I care for my candle?+
On the first light, let it burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar, so it burns evenly every time after. Keep the wick trimmed, never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.

How do I use a camphor blend?+
Every camphor blend's page has a How to use your blend panel with the steps for that blend. If anything is unclear, message us and we'll walk you through it.
Gifting
Can you make a gift box?+
Yes. Tell us the occasion on WhatsApp and we'll build your Bheeni Box together. We photograph it for you before it's wrapped, and it can be delivered the same day across Delhi NCR.
Can I add a gift message?+
Of course. In your cart, open Sending it as a gift? Add a message and write a few warm words. It reaches us with your order.
Returns
What if something isn't right with my order?+
We're sorry, and we'll put it right. Message us on WhatsApp or email Contact@bheeni.com with a photo and your order number.
