At BHEENI, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and safely as possible. Below are the details of how we ship.
- BHEENI delivers to serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. We do not currently ship outside India.
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹[95] applies to orders under ₹[2,000]. Orders of ₹[2,000] and above ship free.
- As soon as your parcel leaves us, we'll share tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, transport delays, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
- Deliveries depend on our courier partners' coverage. BHEENI may decline, limit or cancel delivery to certain locations where service is unavailable.
- If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or appears lost, please write to us at [contact@bheeni.in] with your order number. We'll do our best to trace it and set things right.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may attract a re-shipping charge.
